- Development and implementation of a company wide performance appraisal program and provides advise and recommendations to the management and staff.

- Coordinate individual perfromance planning, reviews, assessments to ensure proper implementation of the system across the organization.

- Conduct workshops and education programs for staff on performance management system to enhance understanding to system standards.

- Liaise with career and talent management and training and development for integrated decisions on necessary interventions to improve performance and recognize high performance.

- Research, Propose, develop and implement innovative reward and recognition solutions that recognize and sustains raised individual and group performance, supporting the development of a high performance culture.

- Prepare and consolidate individual and group performance reports for management information and action.
