We are currently recruiting for two Service Field Manager’s to be based in Saudi Arabia for a well-known Multinational Elevator Company. This position will be reporting to the Service Manager and will be functioning under the Service Department. The main purpose of this role is to oversee all service field activities, monitor the functionality of the equipment’s and machineries, as well as ensuring that the field personnel’s are performing their duties in accordance to the company polies and regulations.



The Service Field Manager will oversee and manage the preparation, allocation, and training of the Field Service Staff. He or She will have to provide guidance regarding the Technical Service when in contact with the internal, external, and potential clients. The Service Field Manager will be in charge of doing; Monthly Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Control, Hire and Delegate Technicians and Supervisors based on the Company Needs, Material Requisition Control, Spare Parts Control, Petty Cash Control, Maintenance and Repair Team Control, Verification of Service Reports, Call Back Reports, and Time Sheet Controls. Providing Technical Assistance in order to assure that the company is capable to maintain the unit, New Installation Inspection with Regards to the Final Handover protocol and takeover of new units, and Inspections for Recaptures and 3rd Party if it is required us also a part of the duties and responsibilities of the Service Field Manager.
