Responsibilities:
-Provide Onsite client support and technical issue resolution ( During weekend or Holidays if needed)
-Interact with customers to provide information regarding the inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
-Diagnose and resolve Software issues
-Monitor and maintain client computer software systems as required
-Troubleshoot system problems and diagnose to solve software faults
-Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
-Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
-Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
-Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment
-Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
-Conserve a strong working relationships with business clients and Colleagues
-Do research, follow up and self-development on newest technology and needed certification for self-improvement
-Follow standard processes and procedures
-Fill the daily report on daily basis
Implementation support:
-Check if customer is under maintenance
-Implement new and updated applications
-Create the environment and related links
-Translate data
-Perform data conversions for new customers
-Install updates of application on client’s site
-Visit clients to install new updates or to adjust existing bugs or to proof that the error is on data level (definition, user’s fault…) and not generated by the software
Training support:
-Obtain request on the training topic and related client sent in writing by the project manager
-Prepare material for training
-Obtain approval by the development and customer support division on delivery time
-On site or off site training
