• Develop, implement and drive the best procurement process
• Performs the accurate, timely, and cost-effective identification, sourcing, buying, warehousing, and delivery of material and services
• Installing discipline & monitoring procurement controls to ensure compliance with the established policies with particular emphasis on quality and timely delivery
• Manage the issuing and execution of contracts with vendors and ensure their fairness and the required level of contractual protection
• Identify risks, opportunities and alternatives from the supply chain to provide added value
• Provide an ethical and consistent approach to the procurement of goods and services
• Administer, perform, and optimize the sourcing and competitive tenders (RFP/RFQ) in all spend categories
• Produce tender lists for approval including appraisal of vendor capabilities, Financials, Capacity, Licenses, etc.
• Proactively manage & monitor the supply chain's performance
