1. Responsible for all operations on site from the commencing date up to ensure that the project is completed on time and maintains all the standard procedures.
2. Technical in coordination and supervision of construction at site, dealing with Contractor's/sub-contractors, monitoring progress of works and regular reporting.
3. Understand and detailed engineering drawings and documents to ensure site work are carried out accordingly.
4. Be the first point of contract for construction/interior design issues at site. Responsible for site security, health & safety, organization & supervision of material and human resources.
5. Review and monitor planned schedule against actual work progress, verify execution per approved design/drawings and report/update status to Project Management Team.
