Manage the most efficient production flow from billet up to final product
Manage multi-disciplinary teams in order to drive dedicated project (i.e. scrap reduction campaign, dies optimization)
Perform statistical analysis in order to improve the extrusion process
Train workers on extrusion processes
Take senior responsibility in training and developing other process Engineers.
