• Managing and attending meetings and workshops with the owner, project managers and consultants
• Responsible from the design development stage and construction drawings till the project handover.
• Supervising involved team members & coordinating the main parties of the project (structural & electromechanical engineers).
• Co-coordinating & complying with LEED sustainable design requirements and MEP & Architectural drawings.
• Project planning, co‐ordination project implementation.
• Liaise closely with Clients and Sub‐contractors
• Manage a team of supervisors and deploy work for the areas under
• Charge to ensure smooth Operations. Resource planning and minor designing work.
• Review various designs and design submittals to ensure Compliance with intended purpose.
• Work includes concept design, documentation, contract administration, quality control, project management, and high level client negotiation and management.
• Replying Requests for Information (RFIs)
