Eaton Corporation - Electrical Sector is seeking for a Senior Sales Engineer - Infrastructure Building Projects for Eaton's electrical business in the Middle East.



The primary role is under supervision, to achieve the assigned sales quota in Egypt.



Essential functions include:



- Develop a proven record of achieving assigned profit plan.



- Develop and execute sales & marketing plans and programs, both, short and long term to ensure the profit growth and expansion of products and or/ services. This embraces strategies covering both incremental growth within the presently established markets, together with market development in targeting growth region.



- Develop annual and long term action plans, designed to ensure that targets for growth in the assigned territories are met.



- Support the implementation of sales plans developed by sales management



- Ensure timely, accurate quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas



- Support all aspects of the relationship with assigned Contractors/ Consultants/Panel Builders/ Distributors/ System Integrators within the assigned area of responsibility. Call on consultants regularly to promote specification of Eaton products in projects.



- Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.



- Effectively manage the design and implementation of the projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover.



- Liaise with the Local Authorities to ensure relevant certification and local approvals required for Eaton products.



- Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contactors and End users to ensure Eaton's position in market.



- Provide advice and guidance to the management regarding product requirements for the target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth.



- Provide technical backup & approvals and commissioning support for the ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern.



- Coordinate with Building Infrastructure projects segment leader and team to develop business and market intelligence for the region



- Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities. Communicate such information to sales management and product managers.



- Maintain a co-operative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.



- Plan promotional efforts and presentations with distributor personnel to gain recognition.



- Support distributor inventories and inventory turns by recommending specific products and levels to be stocked.



- Assist distributors in establishing pricing tactics.



- Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines, and use sound business judgment to enhance margins.



- Support total quality effort by:



a) providing timely and accurate information for order entry

b) elevating quality issues to attention of management

c) ensure that accurate information flows to and from customers



- Responsible for all assigned customer's DSO targets.



- Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs, preferences.



- Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by sales management by indicated deadlines.
