Sales Consultant



GENERAL DESCRIPTION



The Property Consultant will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales, real estate brokerage, and property evaluation to high net worth clients.



WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS



 2-5 years Sales Experience in Real Estate

 Should have solid knowledge and understanding of the UAE Market

 Proven Sales track record

 Strong communication skills

 Customer Relations Expertise

 Holds a valid driving license

 Computer literate

 RERA Certification is a PLUS



EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS



 High School graduate and possess a High School Diploma/Certificate

RESPONSIBILITIES



 Qualify clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.

 Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones via telephone calls, emails, letters and meetings.

 Attend property viewings with prospective clients

 Research potential business to secure buildings, projects, developments, apartments and villas, for sale

 Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.

 Source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents.

 Complete details of property which includes photo shooting, arranging viewings, showing the property to potential clients, etc…

 Attend “Property nature” events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)

 OTE: 70,000-85,000 GBP Tax Free!! (400,000 - 600,000 AED per annum)
