The QA/QC Manager is responsible for Planning and ensuring implementation of all the systematic activities, within the quality system, to fulfill the highest standards of quality for the company products and implement best practice in quality and food Safety.



Duties and Responsibilities :

-Develop the department’s (and related functions’) objectives, plans, policies and procedures and ensure their implementation across all functions as well as their compliance with local and international regulations and standards.

-Review the operating results of the department and compare them to established objectives and goals, and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.

-Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute to, and integrate within, the company's annual business plan and long term strategy.

-Develop plans for the Quality Assurance Management Representative to conduct random quality checks on the company departments’ operations to ensure compliance with the company quality policies and guidelines.

-Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.

-Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.

-Ensure that the company employees are trained on quality management and techniques, health and safety practices and regulations therefore ensuring compliance with the required quality health, and safety standards.

-Ensure the alignment with latest quality management techniques, ensure updating policies and procedures to reflect these new techniques and review and approve any recommendations raised by subordinates.

-Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.

-Develop plans for conducting random quality checks on the company production lines and facilities to ensure compliance with the company quality policies and guidelines.

-Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
