The main role is to develop the corporate identity, defining branding and positioning strategy,pricing, preparing the sales and marketing plan with full responsibility of the P&L and the manage the operations of the real estate company.
•Manage and controls the operation of real estate leasing company.
•Represent the real estate team with agents and developers
•Review rents to ensure that they are in line with rental markets.
•Administrate the purchase of buildings and lands in the government departments.
•Inspects buildings and villas to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
•Maintain proper records and files for company properties.
•Market vacant units to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising or other methods.
•Negotiate the sale, lease or development of property and complete or review appropriate documents and forms.
•Responsible for the financial administration and daily supervision of the company
properties.
•Administer the rental of commercial and residential properties such as apartment
buildings, office complexes.
•Identify and analyzes new real estate investment opportunities with full business plan covering commercial, engineering and design aspects.
•Assist in preparing annual goals, budgets and business plans for the real estate division.
•Review and analyze the operating expenditures of real estate division.
•Undertake adequate measures to ensure compliance with all external and internal
regulations and corporate governance policies.
•Deal with real estate agencies, municipality personnel, land departments, statutory.
•Carry out any other relevant duties as may be required and directed by general manager or directors.
