Prepare maintenance schedules for preventive maintenance for plant equipment on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Carry out detailed job planning such as researching, scoping of work, estimating of material & labour (external & internal) job requirement, developing task instructions, identifying tools & equipment requirement & developing job material list.
Plan & develop preventive maintenance & standard maintenance activities.
Supply chain coordination in term of creation of purchase requisitions for planned & unplanned work & creation of stock reservations for planned work.
Coordinate with operations, purchasing, maintenance personnel & external suppliers.
Planning & scheduling for major/minor shutdowns using Gantt charts, Critical path analysis & resource levelling.
Prepares performance & cost reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Participate in budgetary preparation, tracking & analysis.
Responsible for maintenance Bills Of Material (BOM) for all assets including & ensuring accurate information.
Review all work order feedback & update PM & standard work orders accordingly.
