candidates should know reports like Cognos or Clickview or Crystal Reports.
Apart from this they are expected to be experts in networking, firewall and server administration, E mail exchange server, E mail administration, password management, vendor development, Policy and Procedure writing and implementing, studying SLAs and vendor contracts, etc.
