A leading company specializes in large format printing services, digital & custom color printing, exhibition stands, portable display products and media seek to appoint a truly dynamic Sales professional as part of their Client Development program.
We are looking to hire a talented, self-motivated & focused sales person to acquire new business relationships, alongside the regeneration & leveraging of existing/inactive customer accounts.
Utilizing state of the art print technology and marketing ‘know how’, candidate expected to manage concepts through to delivery of everything from customized retail and interior display solutions to exhibitions and conferences.
Candidate shall be able to conceptualize and execute by sniffing out client needs and up-selling. Must present a soundtrack record to work in fast-paced and demanding environment - the ideal candidate will thrive on tight deadlines while creating work that is repeat business and long lasting relationships.
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Gather the required information from clients for new projects and check production availability with production team.
• Develop customer proposals and drive contract negotiations to successful closure, resolving issues with customer and internal groups.
• Communicate with clients and the accounting department regarding invoicing questions, pricing adjustments, payment, and other concerns.
• Maintain post production follow-up communication with client regarding satisfaction and/or concerns.
• Presenting ideas to Creative Team, Prepare product demonstration and provide other information for customers.
• Review layouts to determine if it maintains the integrity of the client’s brand.
• Ensuring quality in each project delivered.
• Meet and exceed goals and sales quotas as assigned by sales management.
• Help articulate account and market insights to marketing and product development.
• Maintain up-to-date information on competitive issues and products.
• Complete and submit accurate expense reports and weekly activity reports on a timely basis.
