A well established trading house representing major international FMCG brands looking to fill an important sales role at its head office in Riyadh.



Candidate expected to manage sales of the company’s products within major areas across KSA. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.



CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Help in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.

• Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

• Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.



Detailed functions:

• Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.

• Identifies objectives and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

• Developing relationships with clients.

• To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and grow sales year on year.

• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.

• Maximizing new business development opportunities.

• Deployment and management of sales personnel.

• Management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.

• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.

• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
