- Pest & disease management.
- Grounds operation management.
- Inputs management.
5. Budgeting
6. Staff welfare in co-ordination with HRD, Training on subject matter to supervisor & team, Safety issues, Good team Leader.
7. Liaison with HOD’s.
8. Assist general manager for customer satisfaction.
