- Interviews, screens and evaluates external and internal candidates for job openings throughout the company

- Maintains a cooperative relationship with departments throughout the company to ensure that fair employment practices are followed

- Serves as an internal consultant regarding staffing needs and projections

- Ensures that all steps of the recruitment process are completed, including approval, sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, criminal background checks and new-hire paperwork

- Promotes the company recruitment efforts to students through job fairs, conventions, speaking engagements and related activities

- Prepares materials and information for selection process; handles routine HR functions relating to standard documentation and administrative tasks;

- Establishes and maintains good productive relationships with various national; extensive use of job portals, referencing, etc., to source the right candidates;

- Functions as an internal expert on all possible recruitment strategies and communicates and advises on the best course of action to fill open positions

- Conducts regular follow-up with the company personnel to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
