To plan and carry out direct activities, so as to maintain and develop the roles of the HR department to be categorized as follows:

1. Payroll Reports: producing to the accounts department a monthly report of the payroll that is to be processed, segregated to the Job’s and respective overhead departments being: Admin, HR, Corporate Legal, Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance & Accounts, Marketing, Tendering, Sales, the companies technical departments, projects operations and Maintenance.

2. Employee Relations: Being available for the discussions and concerns of employees and acting as the constant window of communication between the employees and the management.

3. Time and Attendance: Applying the appropriate daily time and attendance system, ensuring adherence to the strict company regulations and allowing corporate to process divided payroll according to project/department.

4. Labor Supply: Sourcing, approving and controlling labor supply companies, at the correct rates, in addition to the control of their wages and segregation to projects.

5. Employee Job Description: Ensuring a proper, accurate and constant updated job description for each and every employee of the organization, ensuring a common understanding and segregation of all responsibilities that are indicated of the corporate responsibility chart that is to be constantly updates.

6. Employee Warning: receiving from superiors, investigating, issuance and filing of employee warnings and maintaining issued warnings in a log that are to be presented within the monthly HR report

7. Team building Events: Planning and scheduling of team building events

8. Assessments: Conducting regular employee assessments survey’s, that would include providing a quarterly report on HR recommendations in addition to conducting an annual employee self-assessment form, following which a consolidated report of the outcome to be provided to the management in a confidential manner at the end of January.

9. Incentive Review: Reviewing on an as required basis the incentive scheme that may be part of managers contracts, ensuring corporate adherence to the same.

10. Recruitment: Identifying openings and constantly having available potential suitable recruits.

11. Competition Recruitment: Identifying competition champions and strategizing on their recruitment in addition to identifying any company employees that may be searching for opportunities.

12. Organization Chart and reporting Structure: Maintaining a real time updated organization chart that clearly identifies the reporting structure of each and every employee with immediate changes that are to be indicated for relocation of employees.

13. Training: planning and Developing both in-house and partner related training for special certification and employee self-assessment.

14. Preparing, issuing, filing and following up on employee offers that are sent

15. Recruitment Agencies: sourcing and developing relations with recruitment agencies.

16. Public Government Relations: completing all government paper work and trade license related activities, apply for visa approvals, and complete visa transaction for employees and their families.

17. Saudiasation: developing strategies for Saudi recruitment

18. Green Zone/White Zone control: ensuring a constant state of Green Zone as minimum with the ministry of labor

19. Planning, Developing, Documenting and Implementing HR formats

20. Planning, Developing, Documenting and Implementing HR procedures

21. HR Budgets: Issuing an Annual HR budget and controlling it.

22. Employee Medical Insurances: Sourcing and issuing employees medical insurances

23. Female Section approval: acquiring and ensuring compliance to female space recruitment policy
