Assist with recruiting for assigned department, source, shortlist and schedule interviews with respective managers.

• Assist the on-boarding process for new hires, follow up with the documentations and full coordination of on boarding prior to and first day / week.

• Assist the Visa Services and maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.

• Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.

• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

• Work closely with compensation and benefits team.

• Assist with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems

• Write, revise, edit and proofread company policies and procedures and related documents as needed and ensure compliance with all policies

• Provide exceptional customer service with regard to day-to-day HR issues and inquiries

• work closely with the PRO to process the visas and the required doc.
