A. Responsible for providing a warm & friendly welcome to the guest.
B. Take table reservations & effectively control the flow of guest in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover.
C.Notify managers of specific guests’ needs & requests.
D. Receive guest feedback & monitors satisfaction.
E. Maintain & updates the restaurant guest history file.
F. Answer all telephone calls & enquiries in an efficient & professional manner.
G. Assist the management in maintaining standards.
H. Report any problems in the surroundings (i.e. cleanliness of the floors, tables and service stations).
I. Perform all opening, running and closing duties.
