Participating in setting strategies/ policies with the CPO for all Sales units



Making sure the strategies & Policies of Head office are applied correctly



Testing the systems of all Sales units through Mystery shopping



Participating in setting targets for sales teams and strategy to achieve it



Meeting with heads of the units to find ways to improve the system and if any support is needed



Finding solutions for any challenges faced by the different teams ( example, increase marketing, reduce price, change unit types, recruiting more sales etc.)



Improving customer experience from 1st point of contact up to closing a sale



Finding Sales training workshops to always improve the skills of our Sales people



Taking care of Corporate Sales / VIP's or even setting up a specialised team for this.



Creating Relationships with Real Estate agents locally and internationally / functions / commissions



Make sure Sales agents are trained to cross sell along different projects under the portfolio of the group



Finding ways to incentivise sales agents



CRM system / call center / promotional ideas / functions etc



Networking and finding opportunities for joint ventures, bulk deals etc .
