Job Purpose



Purpose of the job is to

- Ensure Attaining the company's business plan objectives.- Ensure Adherence to Underwriting Guidelines.- Plan and Monitor Claims Management.- Design Reinsurance program of the company.- Investment Management.





Main Duties

- Design, develop and implement the strategic plan for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.- Developing business plans for the long term future of the organization.- Accountable to the board and the shareholders of the company.





Desired Skills and Experience

- University Graduate with a minimum experience of 12 - 15years in General Insurance- High level of English communication skills.- Should posses strong creative, analytical, communication and motivational skills
