POSITION OBJECTIVES
Responsible for all aspects of facility and maintenance operations, including directing and managing in-house facility management team, safety and outsourced maintenance contracts; main focus is proactively managing the mall's maintenance and cleaning of the mall including repair of all building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, interior and exterior cleaning and landscaping. Also manage and report on the new projects, capital and operational budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise Facility and maintenance team, labor organization and work scheduling
• Supervise the day to day facility and maintenance operations
• Schedules, monitors and conducts preventive maintenance and repair
• Monitors all service providers as per contract
• Obtain quotations and negotiating new maintenance and service contracts
• Participates in tenant’s coordination meetings
• Involve in return and hand-over of tenants premises
• Monitors and support tenants reconstruction works
• Participates in cost estimation and monitoring of reconstruction works.
• Secures installation and dismantling of events and promotion
• Provides advice in technical, facility and maintenance & safety matters
• Adheres to relevant safety rules
