Main Purpose of Job:

To assist the CCSDM/SDM in order:

• To tailor category and channel strategies and initiatives to country needs.

• To optimize effectiveness of consumer/ shopper activity at a local level

• To actively participate in and support the customer development process.

• Develop Category Strategies across Channels, drive CCSD projects in dedicated markets and develop channel and shopper insight for the category.





Key Outputs :



Ensure development and execution of Category Channel Plan for the assigned Category or Channel or combination in line with business requirements, as per assigned region/territory.



Develop the local Commercial Plan (OSTA) for the region/territory from a category & channel perspective in alignment with CCSDM / SDM and Regional Sales Team.



Recommend and develop POP drivers by channel based on actionable insights generated from shopper understanding, as per assigned region/territory.



Ensure achievement of agreed region/territory Category Channel targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, CCS, Forecast accuracy etc.).



Continuously provide insights on channel, category and shopper trends, as per assigned region/territory.



Ensure implementation and periodic update/follow up of region/territory Category Channel Plan.



Ensure effective new product launches, line extensions on a region/territory level through organizing category roadshows/ presentations for the regional sales teams.



Responsible for the pre and post evaluation of activities costing in excess of USD 10,000.



Track, monitor, and report key Competitor activities on a Channel level, providing insights/plans to drive competitive advantage, as per assigned region/territory.



Ensure Development/ efficient utilization of hard and soft POSM for generic and local acitivities, including evaluation of its effectiveness at point of purchase.



Analyze and provide recommendations / action plans on retail audit and market share reports by region/channel.



Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.



Support in development of Customer and Field Sales Plans, as per assigned region/territory.



Identify relevant Shopper Insight/actionable idea and develop in-store execution.



Effectively manage region/territory Category Channel specific budget.



Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.



Collaborate with peer CCSD to share Category Channel best practices/insights, liaise with Customer Team, Field Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to drive Category, Channel and Shopper related initiatives, as per assigned region/territory.
