Planning, managing and implementing all activities, policies and procedure related to business development including the identification of new project opportunities, marketing and PR, account management, negotiations, etc.. Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and alliances, as well as planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.



Executing plans and programs:

1. Executing plans and programs within the developed objectives.

2. Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates regarding work priorities and ensuring work is flowing smoothly.



Executive and Technical Duties:

1. Planning and directing all the activities, policies and procedures regarding business development operations to ensure meeting the objectives set by the organizations.

2. Managing the preparation and audit of technical and financial offers according to the priorities of delivery and the commitment of delivering on time.

3. Discussing technical and financial offers with strategic clients and negotiating the contract's terms, and communicating with clients to follow-up on the offers presented to them, including client visits and calls.

4. Identifying new projects opportunities and participating in establishing new clients relations, follow-up and manage accounts, as well as handling negotiations and securing the contract awarding.

5. Directing the development of collateral materials; website updates, public relations, media relations and maintaining an up-to-date marketing material that reflects the corporate identity and image of the organization.

6. Coordinating with Operations VP regarding any issues with awarded projects and new client's and periodically reviewing project progress reports to ensure all is going smooth.

7. Developing strategic relationships and alliances with major companies, and maintaining and expanding relationships with current and future public and private clients, and other organizations that aim at improving revenue growth and profitability objectives with close coordination with the VP.

8. Conducting portfolio analysis and conducting competitor research and analysis to highlight advantages/disadvantages of the company and competitors through comparative analysis and market study.

9. Planning and managing programs for assessing and qualifying current projects in order to develop strategies to develop operations in ll feasible markets.

10. Overseeing and contributing to the development of a support system for preparation and assembly of RFQ/RFP's.

11. Ensuring that all business development activities boost the company's image and conform to corporate strategies and initiatives.

12. Managing the development of collateral materials, website updates, public relations, media relations and maintaining an up-to-date marketing material that reflect the corporate identity and image.

13. Supporting company's future growth by innovation and profile development that matches clients' current and future needs.



General Administrative Duties

1. Developing periodic reports related to the activities of the department.

2. Recommending training aspects to subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of development and reflecting them properly on work related requirements.

3. Handling the manpower planning process as per the developed budgets and plans.

4. Conducting performance management activities to subordinates and managing the process of ensuring objectives are being met as advised.

5. Following up on subordinates personnel affairs such as leaves, vacations, etc...

6. Handling any other work related activities as per the direction of the VP.
