- Ensure Corporate HR strategy is cascaded down to the grass root level.- Play an advisory role to the business on HR policy, processes and its amendments.- Guide and persuade business heads in objectively participating and completing HR initiatives like goal setting, performance appraisals and bonus allocation, salary review & promotion cycle, manpower plan, training need analysis, talent management, performance excellence awards etc in conjunction with all stakeholders.- Assist business on their efforts of retentions and reducing attrition.- Provide necessary assistance in maintaining and proposing organization structure changes and support business heads throughout the process of change management.- Support business heads on employee engagement and motivation.- Promote diversity and Emiratization in coordination in coordination with respective center of excellence and business heads.- Ensure implementation of HR strategy in conjunction with Business heads to minimize staff issues and grievances.- Maintain close communication with centers of excellence to deliver seamless HR needs to the Business.- Contribute to the HR dash board in coordination with all centers of excellence





8+ years experience as an HR professional, with client-facing HR Business Partner experience in Banking industry. UAE experience is preferred.Arabic speakers only need apply. Sthree UAE is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
