1. conduct needs analysis to determine most critical area for improvement in training for retail staff in spesific 
2. Designing modules and conducting trainings session
3. Development of required competencies in newly hired staff through a comprehensive orientation plan and arrange on the job training.
4. Staff counseling and mentoring
5. Supervise technical training for staff
6. provide companies with classroom training, demonstration, on job traning, meetings, conferences and workshops
7. Create testing and evaluation process and conduct performance evaluations
