Responsibilities include:
Drafting and maintenance of HR control plans
Perform controls articulated in the control plan
Review/maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all locations
Monitoring and contribution to the HR main points of attention acrossthe region.
Highlight any operational weaknesses in HR procedures and operations
Participation in HR team projects outside of the HR Controls Officer role
