Job Description
•Visiting key clients to build relationships and identify their key needs.
•Ensuring the efficient running of administration and office procedures.
•Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation required by law.
•Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into the warehouse.
•Controlling the order cycle.
•Manage liaison with suppliers and origin stations.
•Provide shipment information to customers.
•Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments.
•Provide transportation information and manage billing information.
•Manage quality control by ensuring that all shipped order are in working condition
Salary: BD 1400 - 1600 + standard benefits .
