It is an individual direct selling profile that will include selling services to clients through cold calling . This role deals in selling of our Immigration Programs of various countries.
As Territory Manager/ Executive (Marketing and Business Development).
Target achievement through:

Sales & Marketing
a) Generate QA’s as per laid down targets (Metro-250/ClassA-200/ClassB-150/ClassC-
100 as per product allocation), convince and convert.
b) Generate revenue as per laid down targets from product specific conversions.
c) Maintain a conversion percentage of 80% for prospects to QA and 30% of QA to
Client.
d) Conduct the required number of seminars & presentations as specified by the BM.
e) Achieve the monthly and quarterly targets as specified.
f) Maintain QA status cards in accordance with the ‘P’ management system
g) Promote Advantage World Wide to clients.
h) Accountable for spending 4-5 hours effectively in the field for business generation.
Planning & Market Research
a) Design & submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly action plan to the BM.
b) Effectively implement plans to completion
c) Create a database of Clubs, Institutes, associations etc. for purpose of analysis to
increase market share.
d) Maintain updated database/handouts/collateral/advertisements etc. of Competitors
and their activities.
a) Ensure Implementation of the marketing plan as laid down by the BM.
Collections
a) Makes timely collections due/overdue of the new retainers and also for
instalments.
b) Maintain records of payments due at the stages of retainer, file no., interview,
medical and all communication with the client.
c) Ensure constant follow up with clients to ensure that payments are received in
time.
Customer Care
Case filing: Ensuring that the clients are adequately assisted in the following in cases
of doubts (since he would be the first point of contact for the client):
i Filling out the IMM 008 formsii Collection of the relevant and complete documents
iii Submission of the completed documents to the ABM for forwarding to
Operations Division, Head Office within 30 days.
Reporting
a) Submit Daily/Weekly reports to the BM on:
i. Number of Prospects contacted.
ii. Number of qualified applicants generated & contacted.
iii. Number of clients made
iv. Selling expenses incurred and any deviation from the standard performance.
b) Submit reports regarding client feedback/complaints to Branch Manager/ABM.
c) Submit daily reports of marketing activities/initiatives to BM in the specified format
specified intervals.
