• The role is responsible for providing administrative, secretarial and logistical support to the Executive’s office to facilitate smooth and effective functioning of the department.
• Manage diaries including participant confirmations and venue management
• Assist the Executive in all correspondence, including: incoming/outgoing calls, letters, emails, and faxes
• Organize travel plans for Executive including flights, accommodation and transportation - confirm and arrange for visa as required
• Manage external visits including greeting and other arrangements
• Coordinate with external contacts of the Executive
• Ensure timely settlement of Executive’s payments and bills
• Compile reports and research for the Executive as required
• Edit, format and review presentations, papers and other documents as required for Executive
• Liaise with other departments when required and provide coverage for other PAs in their absence
• Assist with on-boarding of new joiners
• Other duties as assigned
