1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
3. Achieve the goal of each quarter sales;
4. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
5. Acting as a contact between a company and it's existing and potential markets;
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
6. Gathering market and customer information;
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
7. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
8. Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
9. Performing a monthly full sales report with all activities and % of Target achievement;
10. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; and ensuring fulfilling these requirements through leading the production with other departments
11. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
