Pre contract stage:
- Client servicing and maintenance
- Assisting the project tendering function and large bid preparations and submissions
Contract and Post contract stage:
- Defining project objectives including preparation of project plans, clarification of scope, defining stakeholders, understanding purpose of project, defining risk plans and understanding commercial basis of the project.
- Defining project budgets, scheduling, setting the performance outcomes.
- Planning, selecting and management of project sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Maximizing resource efficiency (labor, materials and equipment). Manage cash flow and budget compliance.
- Implementing project operations through effective coordination and control of planning, design development, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
- Responsible for overview of the construction sites and maintaining high level of communication with Clients at all times.
- Maintaining appropriate and accurate records as construction progress throughout the projects.
- Regularly communicate project status to all stakeholders, internal and external to the organization.
- Manage project management decisions in compliance with company standards and strategy.
- Manage compliance with statutory authority requirements as well as compliance with health and safety standards.
- Effectively manage the projects close out and close out processes including commercial close out.
