1-Review and update the Compensation and benefits policies continuously to ensure and maintain competitive packages and benefits with Human resources guidance and directions.

2-Establish and modify policies and procedures to meet changing business requirements and all required formats

3-Manage Group wages and salaries structure, pay policies.

4-Implement annual salary and benefits surveys and analyses survey reports.

5-Manage development of annual budget and determine impact of salary actions and assist management with salary budget planning.

6-Strong focus on compensation & benefits programs to support attraction, retention
& Engagement.

7-Issues Job offers.

8-Ensure maintaining a service level agreement with the medical insurance provider.

9-Manage employee benefits programs and mediate between benefits providers and employees.

10-Review and develop HR Reward policies, procedures and processes.

11-Makes Analysis reports to know the deviation between Budget and Actual payments to take the decision for continuing or Cost Deducting.

12-Prepare monthly reports related to Group Compensation & Benefits.
13-Monitor monthly HR expenses and compare with Budget
