• Develops appropriate sales strategies and engages in all marketing activities necessary to achieve and exceed sales targets, conducts effective and productive customer visits by monitoring and developing the portfolio of existing and potential customers in the market.
• Responsible for performing sales operations of all marketing activities and preparing the related reports in order to reach the objectives of the company.
• Responsible for operational and commercial tasks of sales activities in order to ensure well execution of service.
• Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data
• Create Leads and build relationship with clients to identify sales opportunities.
• Major responsibility of an inside sales specialist is to follow up the leads and convert into sales.
• Understand and effectively presents and delivers presentations on our services, features and benefit to new and prospective clients as well as existing clients to promote sales and services development.
• Presents findings to marketing teams to help decision maker in the department to take the right decisions.
• Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market.
• Works with creative teams to come up with branding& advertising ideas and promotional materials.
• Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public.
• Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data that has been collected and analyzed.
• Work closely with customers to understand their organizational pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales.
• Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs; working closely with Product Management.
• Generates data reports for clients by gathering relevant data from various sources, analyzing the data and making recommendations on your findings
• Consistently meets assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
• Other duties may be assigned.
