Purpose of job:
Develop and Profitably Manage Parts export business in existing markets and new territories for company’s parts accessory Products.
1) Achieve the parts department objectives
• Efficient cost control to increase the net profit.
2) Develop new business
•Develop new account
• Work with customer/ representatives/ Shipping lines to order execution and deliveries on time.
• Ensure Business execution and payment collection as preapproved terms & conditions.
3) Inventory turn
• Operate the export business with minimum inventory.
• Increase inventory turn and reduce obsolescence by offering ageing inventory in overseas market.
• Liaise with inventory team for required stock availability on time to fulfil export demand.
4) Customer Satisfaction
• Implement System & Procedure to operate export business more efficiently in terms of profitability high level of customer satisfaction.
5) Reports
• Submit daily/ weekly sales achievement of the department to superior
• Submission of reports as and when required by the management .
