Site Agent / project manager
Previous experience with large construction
companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage.
Site Agent oversees the day to day
operations of site work. Identify any problems with onsite work activities and providing
solutions. Make sure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Ensure project is managed accordingly to time and program. Ensure program stays
within budget. Monitor the progress on site. Make sure material gets ordered
and delivered. Liaise with architects and engineers. Give feedback and liaise
with clients on regular basis.
Minimum Requirements:
7 years experience Valid drivers license Mobile phone Computer literate Building Project Management Excellent communication skills
(Read, speak and write)

SupervisorSite Management Experienced in finishes Setting out of duties Prioritizing dutiesOrdering of material utilized
on site Planning of work ahead and
keeping to planning schedule Recording of completed works Recording of hours worked by

Duties may include, but is in no way
limited to:
Ensure that the project does
not run over budget and is completed in the agreed time frame Conduct Site meetings on site
with other professionals Meet with engineers and
architects to address any core problems .
