- Perform a selling forecast analysis to provide to Sales Team leader.
- Achieve the monthly Personal set sales target.
- Assure effective implementation of Selling process, while utilizing all company’s available resources.
- Review updated price list to refer to it prior to meeting clients
- Use customers’ database provided by the company
- Receive customers’ calls and reply to their inquiries
- Welcome and meet walk-in customers and perform an efficient sales lead through: Reviewing project’s available marketing tools provided
- Perform a visual experience through presentation & site visit(building, apartment sample & selected unit)
- Discuss with clients methods of payment and amend according authorized options
- Fill reservation form with client till payment
- Keep record of client’s contacts for follow up within 7-10 days for the reservation payment & communicate to Sales Administrator for sending sales update email.
- In case of cancellation, assure notifying Sales Administrator for price list modifications and proper communication.
