We are growing incredibly quickly in Kuwait, and plan to expand rapidly in the GCC/MENA region within the next months.
The Carriage Head of Operations is a unique opportunity to build up our business in Bahrain, and grow it exponentially. You will build and lead the operations team to ensure exponential growth as well as the best possible service. This is a tough job- one that requires entrepreneurial capabilities, great talent, fantastic leadership skills, and creativity. You are developing the operations team from scratch in Bahrain. We’re looking for someone who has the operational proficiency, who can negotiate and bring out the best from our drivers, and has the intellectual prowess and grit to oversee Carriage’s operational and logistics issues in Bahrain.
The Head of Operation’s job includes among many other things:
• Developing and optimizing processes and strategies to allow Carriage to efficiently operate and grow
• Recruiting and hiring couriers and help set standards to provide the most reliable food delivery service
• Handling courier development, analyze and monitor metrics, and ensure that the best possible operational and logistical service is provided
• Working with partner restaurants to launch and refine their respective launches, and ensure food quality control
• Doing whatever it takes to make sure the job is done in a way that exceeds expectations
• Building teams composed of the highest talented individuals
