-To run the company's E Commerce and Online store operations to meet the company’s targets and policies, while making sure that the staff are fully aware on the targets and providing excellent customer service standards are met
• Carries responsibility for the profitability, development and expansion of the online store
• Managing and motivating the e-commerce team to increase sales and ensure efficiency while Ensuring standards for quality, customer service
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future E Commerce sales volumes to maximize profits
• Design and execute Digital marketing programs to acquire new customers through digital channels
• Work with Various Types of Digital Advertising (Social Media - Google Search - Google Display- Remarketing - Affiliate Marketing) to maximize visitors numbers
• Analyze visitors behaviors and trends to facilitate planning
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring competitors' activities
• Initiating changes to improve the business
• Supervises the analysis of profit margins to ensure profitability of all products
• Responding to customer complaints and comments
• Analyzes operational reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions
• Assists in the preparation of the annual budget, anticipated sales, expenses, and inventories; reviews financial statements and reports for assigned areas regularly
• Carries responsibility for setting the team's monthly and quarterly objectives
• Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews
• Performs other related duties
