A well experienced Strategy Manager is sought after for a full time permanent role by one of the leading banks in Bahrain.
Title: Strategy Manager
Location: Bahrain
Responsibilities:
Develop business strategy for the bank and per business unit.
Drive and monitor the strategic project portfolio.
Candidate will be a strategic business partner to dedicated business areas and functions of the Bank.
Develop frameworks, processes and models to support the activities of Group Strategy.
Coordinates transformation and business improvement of the particular area, being a discussion partner to the business line head.
Qualifications:
University of Graduate degree or comparable education/training.
5+ years in Strategy Consulting with strategy development and business building experience.
Banking industry experience (whether in house / consulting)
Experience working with top consultancy / strategy consulting firms Knowledge of key strategy planning approaches
Arabic speakers would be preferred
