Primary Role:
*The Channel Sales Supervisor will be based in UAE and covers all GCC market.

Responsible for achieving product sales targets, being perfectly knowledgeable, as an "expert" on the product models and providing excellent client service through specific sales channels.


Tasks and Responsibilities:
 
- Building and maintaining a lasting relationship with customers and dealers.
- Achieve specific product sales periodic, goals through effective use of selling techniques, and both direct and intermediary channels. (Sales channels can include indoor and, door-to-door marketing, dealers and retailers, specialised providers, telemarketing, internet marketing, exhibitions and events)
- Presenting the product favourably and in a structured professional way.
Responsible for maintaining the customers’ database.
- Follow up of payments with customers.
Coordination of delivery with administration and logistics.
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts.
- Establishing work plans and activity reports.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Continuously researches the market and related products, reviews industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
