• Experience of previous warehouse, logistics, stock, receiving, inventory and retail required.
• Oversees all business and activity relating to store inventory control.
• Verifying quantities, purchase orders, shortages and delivery delays.
• Suggests store managers about new products or supplies for regular inventory based on analysis of sales statistics.
• Compare the physical count to the perpetual inventory record. Addresses and resolves discrepancies in inventory and sales reports.
• Should check and update daily Negative inventory, Sales posting, GRN posting and Invoice posting.
• Should be capable of decreasing store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and reporting.
• Organize stock room and ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement is maintained and all the stored items are accounted for.
• Assists in maintaining organization of stock on the sales floor.
