1. The employee shall report to the office daily for updates and follow-ups on clients and projects.
2. The employee shall organize and conduct viewing of available properties for potential clients, provide additional information and follow up with the clients.
3. The employee shall familiarize himself/herself with the properties listed in the company’s data-base and to obtain all necessary information on them.
4. The employee shall submit the new properties for listing if the property owner agreed to be represented by the company.
5. The employee shall attend weekly sales meetings.
6. The employee shall get familiar with new upcoming real estate projects and property developments.
