Main Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Receive customers’ orders.
- Input orders on Sage system.
- Align on delivery dates with delivery team, in line with approved service levels.
- Check customers’ credit limit and status; follow up on orders release from Finance.
- Track CS KPIs.
Material replenishment:
- Place Intercompany and external suppliers purchase orders for Raw & Pack Materials, Finished products & equipment.
- Handle documentation and prepare documents file for all imported orders.
- Follow up on PO status till material delivery in Ecolab Morocco.
- Track and approve material prices with MEA procurement.
