The Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role within the country Sales teams, driving excellence in store execution across key customers / key accounts in the country, and will be as well responsible for the creation and execution of customer specific trade marketing programs with the objective of building the brands and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
• Leads the development, execution of activities for channels
• Ensuring that the brand objective is well achieved in trade channels
• Continuous improvement of the standard & quality of sales business delivery
• Manages Trade Budget with efficiency
• Evaluates market reactions to trade promotions. Reports on the results in order to ensure the timely adjustment of the strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Identifies and develops the opportunities of growth for the Company through new projects, customers’ relationship management and partnership agreements.
