Switch ON/OFF plant equipment, machinery and lighting as scheduled.
Take rounds of plant. Check all running / stand by equipments & record running parameters.
Be well competent to take corrective action for all plant equipments in case of any fault / failure / breakdown in order to prevent further damage.
Note down any abnormalities of equipment / system and inform Maintenance supervisor for repair.
Carry out chemical test as per schedule and advised by supervisor.
Carry out water treatment for all systems as per schedule and maintain water quality as per Starwood standards.
Clean / paint plant room and equipments on regular basis / as per schedule.
Complete PPM as per schedule in time.
Carry out any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Director of Engineering.
Priorities work schedule in accordance to guest needs.
All planned maintenance work orders to be carried out effectively and efficiently.
Maintain spare parts stock and report on low stock.
