Repair all joinery items.
To carry out other maintenance tasks as required by the demands of the hotel.
Fix and maintain door locks and security items as well as various types of windows and glazing.
Finish surfaces of woodwork or wall board in the building.
Complete all work orders as required in timely fashion.
Demonstrate initiative at all times.
Carry out any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Director of Engineering.
Priorities work schedule in accordance to guest needs.
All planned maintenance work orders to be carried out effectively and efficiently.
Maintain spare parts stock and report on low stock.
Carry out project related work as and when necessary.
Assist or direct contractors as required.
Assist other engineers as and when required.
Keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
Report on low stock levels to ensure new stock ordered.
