*Procurement:
1-Lead efforts and support the procurement team to competitively procure all goods and services for the company.
2-Study the market and suppliers and establish relationships with them.
3-ensure cost reasonableness, accurate financial accounting, sufficient internal controls, and timely reporting.
4-collaboration with the Managers, Finance and Administration Managers, help guide program teams in designing technical activities in support of the technical work plan.
5-Help develop bid documentation (such as RFPs), including scopes of work, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
* Logistics:

1-Facilitate import/export and logistics matters.
2-Prepare and maintain project exemption letters and shipments logs.
3-Manage logistics operations and inventory system.
4-Develop and implement the distribution plan for inventoried equipment.
5-Provide logistics support to operations.
6-Coordinate day-to-day movement of staff.
7-Plan the transportation of property between sites.
8-Work with Finance and Administration team on the receiving of goods and inspection process.
9-Manage relationship with freight forwarders to coordinate the transport of goods to final destinations.
10-Serve as a point of contact for logistics-related questions during audits.
11-Process documentation for transfers between subcontractors, and also between subcontractors and other government agencies.
