• Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Executive Office, Receiving, directing and relaying phone and fax messages.
• Maintain general filing system and filing all correspondences.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars and prepare agendas & Meeting minutes.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
• Assist and organizing schedules and agendas of reporting manager.
• Handle all general other secretarial duties.
